Please note: This service is charged per loc. The total amount is subject to change at the conclusion of the service, depending on the number of locs repaired.
Cancellation Policy
Before Your Appointment – Information     •    Please make sure you book a consultation if you do not already have locs.     •    The address will be delivered to you in your email after booking or in your confirmation text.     •    All prices listed are subject to change based on the density and length of your hair. If you have any questions, please be sure to book a consultation.     •    Look forward to seeing you soon and as always, thank you for choosing Touched by Trice. ⸻ Booking Policies Cancellation     •    You may cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.     •    You must do this via your confirmation email.     •    50% of the service amount will be applied for no-shows & last-minute cancellations. Payments     •    A non-refundable deposit is required.     •    Cash – please have the correct change.     •    All swipe/tap/online payments have a $3 processing fee. Appointments     •    Absolutely NO REFUNDS!     •    If you are not satisfied with your service after the salon visit, please let me know before leaving so we can come up with a solution.     •    Once you have left, there will be absolutely no extra services rendered without extra payment. Late Arrivals     •    There is a 15-minute grace period.     •    A $15 late fee is applied after that.     •    If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will have to book again via the website.     •    No call/no shows will be banned from ever booking again.     •    Please notify me ahead of time if you are running late.
